Hulk isn't technically a mutant, since he wasn't born with his abilities, but you are correct that he has a healing factor. Deadpool also isn't technically a mutant, as his healing powers are derived from Wolverine as a result of the Weapon X project. X-23 has this, being a "descendant" of Wolverine, & since she was "born" with her powers, she could be considered a mutant. Wild Child can also regenerate on the cellular level. The Native was another one, before she became deceased. Try the last link, & you may find even more. The Marvel Universe profiles are very helpful.

isnt there a mutant called kane? i think he has a healing factor. wolverine and sabretooth, obviously. archangel. beast. wildchild. apocalypse (again, kinda obvious!!). mr sinister. cyber. abomination. x23. omega red. deathstrike. mystique (apparently). marrow. that's all the mutants that i know about.

but other marvel characters with a healing factor include morbius, hulk, she-hulk, wendigo, bloodscream, blade, agent x, juggernaut, green goblin, hyperion, deadpool, madcap, lizard

X-23 (woverine's female clone [the Y chromosome was damaged so the X chromosome was doubled] and technically she's 'born' with it), Lady Deathstrike, Angel/Archangel, and Icarus ( Newsflash: Icarus is not Angel's bro, but Cannonball's bro!) all also possess a healing factor! Some are blood-borne (I.e. Angel's), and some are supplied by powers (i.e. Icarus), other are just born with it (i.e. Lady Deathstrike, X-23)
