Has anyone purchased "The Body Wrap", high top waist capri? Is it only sold on line or can I get in stores?

Has anyone purchased the "The Body Wrap", high top capri? I am looking for something to wear under my trousers and also hold in my stomach and upper part of my bulges. I have been in every store you can think of and have tried on all types but, they all seem to roll down.

It sounds as if you need to take the measurements of your body and match them to the product, you may be just trying on the wrong size.
