Hello Hi - I would say I enjoy talking with a variety of people, and it's very satisfying to be able to direct their calls to someone who can resolve their problems if you have to transfer them to different departments. If you have to handle the calls from beginning to end: it's very satisfying to be able to hear the relief in someone's voice after I've helped them resolve their problems. Also, use that 100 watt smile - people can tell at the other end of the telephone whether or not you're smiling or eager to help them, and that's half the problem solved right there. Callers have probably been through "elevator music", multiple telephone prompts with multiple choices and they're relieved when they get to talk with "a real person". Especially a pleasant one.

You can say "I HAVE SOME GOOD SKILLS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A CALL CENTRE IS A PLACE WHERE I CAN PUT THESE SKILLS TO BEST USE.THAT IS WHY I WANT TO JOIN A CALL CENTRE."
