If you're hung like a horse and have a 12" or longer penis, then size might come into play... otherwise, you're both probably doing something wrong and that's why the pain. Are you two engaging in some foreplay before hand to get her fluids flowing, or you're beaver hunting right off the bat? She just might not be wet enough yet.
Pregnant? If this was first time... no. Even if she were pregnant from previous sexual sessions, it still should not hurt.

If she's pregnant, it shouldn't hurt because it wouldn't be affecting the baby since it would be in her uterus and your penis is no where near that. The pain from sex is mostly because she hasn't had the experiance of being able to fully relax while you're inside of her. Take things slowly and let her be in control of how much she can handle. It is possible that you're hitting her cervix which can be rather uncomfortable for some women.

Be gentle and work your way in the area where u get pleasure dont stab at it poke at it and make sure she's wet. Or try a different position, all else fail get a pregnancy test and some condoms could be an early sign of infection.

no, you are not too big, or too long, some women just have very tight or sensitive vagina's. Make sure before you enter her that she is well lubricated, use KY if you need to, go slow, take short strokes if it still hurts her, then she needs to go to her doctor.

Maybe she is pregnant...then again she may not be pregnant....you can be too big...as long as you took your penis out before you came she is not pregnant.

Take your time and do it gently...
Ask her, what she likes and do it...
If it is her first time, it will hurt of course...
If the pleasure is there, then she won't bother about the pain...
