Castration will not solve the problem--there are many rapists who victimized children without ever using their penis. The sexual urge is most often expressed with the penis, but the sexual urge does not originate there. Put them under lock and key, and don't let them out.

Although, some cases may need to be looked at (motivation, circumstances, etc.)

How many people know that children rape children, and are adjudicated? How many people know that these kids (hundreds under age 18) were themselves raped, abused, mistreated, neglected, etc. and were trying to rid themselves of the pain they felt by the only means they knew--unload it on to someone else (because that's what had happened to them), and/or so that someone else will know how they feel, what they've gone through and can therefore relate and try to share the burden (it doesn't work out this way, but that's often a motivation). I think that when children are charged, their cases should be looked at differently than adults--children can undergo sex-offender therapy, which WILL help them, as their brain has not fully developed, and is still capable of changing destructive habits.

They should be exhaustively medically studied for life to determine if the problem lies in the genes. While chopping their dick off would pevent them from raping, finding a common gene might prevent other future rapes from happening. Amniocentisis could be performed while the kid was in the womb, and maybe a drug administered when the child is born. Who knows. Science seems to manage all kinds of things.

Islam orders that they should be killed. Because such rapists are good for nothing. They might inflict their sickness upon innocent children. Many statistics said that most of children rapists had suffered rape by adults. It is painful but cures the society from such sickness.

Yes I do. BUT what would keep them from abusing children by some other means? While it's true they wouldn't get quite the same sexual gratification they could still find other means to penetrate. I say just kill the sick bas*ards and be done with it.

i don't think if u cute their ***** off that that would stop them from rapeing a child. it's something in the brain that makes them do it. maybe we should take out part of their brain, the part that makes them do it. tell u what if someone did something like that to one of my kids i wouldn't want them to chop off the dick. i would want to be left in a room alone with them and let them know what i can do to them. killing them would be to easy. i want them to suffer. i would take my time with them and make sure that it hurts. maybe brake one bone at a time. i would want to take care of them myself tho.

Yes with no anesthesia and they should be made to do it themselves in an uncomfortable climate....say 30 below or 120 degrees.

No, but usually being placed in a low security prison with lots of horny men that know exactly what the crime was should be good enough, you think?
