It's been proven that almost any NFL franchise can literally turn things around and go from goat to gloat. I believe the Lions need to take a look at some of the people they have upstairs, not just Mcmillan. We all know it starts at the top.

You don't have to be Albert Einstein to analyze other 'winning' NFL team structures and strategies to figure out how they do it.

Look at New England. Look at Pittsburg. What are they doing that the Lions are not? It appears plenty.

Although the Lions have cleaned house before, this time they need to strap on the monster vacuum and dig deep into the nooks and crannies. Take no prisoners. This is the NFL and this is business. Winning IS everything and don't be fooled by believing it's not.

Get rid of McMillan, and make smarter draft picks.

They did make a smart move on passing up Leinhart in the draft though, and drafting a defensive player and later signing Josh McCown, a good young quarterback. There is hope for the franchise. We'll see...

Get rid of the guy that has made an insane amount of mistakes over the recent years - Matt Millen. He is truly the single largest problem in regards to the performance, organization and attitude of the team.

this is the lions year. Martz an offensive genius and marrionelli a defensive mind will put some discipline into their young team. Watch out for career years from Roy williams and and kevin jones.

They need a QB that knows how to play football for one thing... and second they are going to have to bring in a defensive coordinator that knows how to get the best out of a young group of stragglers that really don't have a clue of what their doing out there... well at least some of them don't know.... then maybe they can get somewhere.

They need to get rid of Matt Millen. He is horrible, & has no patience with the players or staff. He has brought several players in, but he does not protect them or give them help. They should have kept Mooch.

Since I've been alive I've only known the Lions to be a losing team.
It's in the teams blood.

Fire Millen. Fire Ford (oh wait that's not possible). So I suppose we have to start by just firing Millen. They are not cursed, simply shrouded in stupidity.
