When I was working professionally I was always willing to give a detailed answer to the question asked, but it almost always involved payment in some form or other.
Maintenance workers can make good money out of our ignorance - you think they're going to sit at a computer in their own time giving it away for free?

You can try using their name from questions and or going to their profile to see if they have their Im or E-mail address. Some people block anyone they don't know tho. Good luck.
