Cuz it usually floats off the cone up to the surface and then some kid eats it.

they can, all you have to do is microwave your fish for a few minutes, then take a spoon of icecream and fly it around like its an airoplane for a few minutes, make sure you are wearing high heels and fishnet stockings while doing it, and talk to daddy on your imaginary telephone, then the fish will eat icecream

Some do! Sharks for example love icecream, that and people, old tires, license plates.
Pretty much everything except poisons.
If you doubt that sharks love icecream, then go out on your surf board with a bowl of ice cream and see for yourself.
As the British would say: "they really like their bloody ice cream"

Fish will eat ice cream. I used to have a pet goldfish. When our work horse died, I trained the goldfish to plow the fields. During the summer when it was very hot, after he plowed the fields and milked the cows, I gave him ice cream as a reward. I am proud to say that after he left the farm and went to college, he became a veterinarian.

how would you give it to them if it mixes with water straight away ,
the only way would be to take the fish out of the water but then it would be gasping for air ,
so there is your answer
