I know not to mix too many trends and I am afraid that this outfilt may look like some sort of eighties disaster.
This is it
-Black ruffle dress(looks like a flapper dress--satin like material). It's short--mini length.
-Short(cropped) silver metallic jacket with round rhinestone button
-Knee length black leggings(hosiery like material)
-Metallic silver ballet flats
Disaster? Or is it ok? I personally like it, but I don't like looking rediculous : )

wow that is what I was like when I was 17 I might have been a little skinnier but close to that weight. I think I was around 110 I would like to be healthy and at that weight again... I am 5'4'' and 27 now. lol.... And let's just say I wish I was skinnier again but only if I can be healthy at that weight I wouldn't want to be sick and lose it lol... I don't know much about fashion. I am a visual person.. Don't worry about others think. Only worry about what God thinks.

welll silver metalic can look nice but it might be to much u have to be carefull how u wear it u would most probably have to wear less shiney colour it also depends on the material of the jacket if it is something that would make the silver stand out or not

The jacket sounds a little over the top to me. The rest sounds alright. Just be careful about you accessories. Simple earrings and maybe a bracelet.

Whatever is comfortable! If you like how you look then it doesn't matter what other people think!
I've walked out of my house wearing baggy jeans, a wife beater, and a pair of skeleton ballet flats. I was comfortable so I didn't care what people think of me.

it sounds like a cute outfit but personally i can't stand those little short jackets. they just give me that whole fat man in a little coat vibe. but a lot of people do and if you do then go for it.

this outfit sounds cute. but you should try it without the leggings and go for some colored tights instead.my girlfriend likes to wear outfits like this and they look really good with colorful tights.
