I think most people go where they really beleive there going only very slight version of heaven or hell. animals are no different cause there are no females or male in heaven there is only beings of neither sex there.

havn't you heard someone tell you or someone near to you that he or she or even you is there heaven on earth?

and I am sure people that live along with a pet say the same thing at times now why would that statment be wrong? it can not!

But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee: Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this? In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.

Job 12: 7-10

In Job 12:7-10 the original Hebrew word translated as “soul” is “nephesh” which means “soul.” The original Hebrew word translated as “of every living thing” is “chay” which means “every living thing, man and animal.” Chapter 5, page 49.

“In case you didn’t notice, you just heard it from two of the greatest Christian minds and the most highly thought of Bible commentators of all time – John Calvin and Matthew Henry! They both said that the scriptures say ‘There Is Eternal Life For Animals!’” Chapter 6, pg. 74.

“To descend to a few particulars: The whole brute creation will then, undoubtedly, be restored, not only to the vigor, strength, and swiftness which they had at their creation, but to a far higher degree of each than they ever enjoyed. “ A portion of the quote from Rev. John Wesley’s sermon, “The General Deliverance.

they have their own religion based on the level of sophistication of their thinking. Therefore they have their own idea of "heaven" and who will be able to go there and who will not.

In spite of this, let us not assume that the human's concept of "heaven" is the only acceptable view. Even within the human race, it varies from religion to religion. Yet we are starting to understand the complexity of diversity and why we must respect other people's views. Similarly, we should not limit our understanding to the fact that we are the highest thinking organism by far and so, other organisms "religion" are discarded just because its quite absurd, based on rather limited facts, to assume that they have a "religion" too.

To think of how a dog represents Loyalty ... I believe God has taken in some strays.

For me, it wouldn't be Heaven without them.

I don't think there's a definite answer in the Bible...a lot of pastors will teach that the answer is yes, because it's comforting that pets would be there...my only problem with that is: Isn't God supposed to be our comfort? Why reassure ourselves with dog when we've got God?

Well, I'm guessing so.

Humans are animals in a distinctive way.
