How come some child get their look, geneticly not from their parents but from the uncles or aunts.?

Because like your mother, her sister and her brother, carry genetic information's from their parents (your grandparents).
This genetic information received from their parents, is transferred to their child as well transforming on 50% of their child genetic information that is combined with the others 50% of yours father's genetic information.
Your mother carries the same genetics information as her sisters and brothers, therefore, their child can come with genetic characteristics that resembles their parents siblings, since all of them carry the same with them, and your cousin have as well, the same chances to look like your mother.
