That is a messed up situation you have there. Do they both know about the other one? If the daughter will still have you, marry her. But cut off the other relationship!

I dont think that would be a good idea. I'd say, dont marry either one. Start all over with a new lady. And PLEASE, do NOT get involved with the mother of the new lady!
