As a man, I am very opposed to kicks in the balls, however, if guys are pulling down your pants, that's pratically rape, and that warrants a good hard kick in the balls (or maybe 2). Also, I would suggest telling your parents. Exploit the situation and try to sue, because if you win you get money and money is good.
As for the underwear situation, it's as simple as getting a job and buying your own underwear or not losing your underwear to begin with.

REPORT THEM NOW!!!! you should tell your teachers, or the school guidance counselor, or your parents. no body has the right to pull someone else's pants down or touch them in ways that make them feel uncomfortable. just think, if that's what they are doing now, what worse thing will they be doing later since they got away with that??
