what does "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time, please try again later" mean when i hear it on my cell after calling my gf? . . everyone is getting this message and im getting worried cuz usually even if she closes her phone it still goes straight to her voice mail . .

the line is cut off, probably she called the Service provider to temporary cut the line.

It could be a few things....
Either her cell phone has been cut off
She may be with-in a no service area
or she may have blocked your number ....honestly,it is probably the 2nd one...sometimes my cell phone goes out of the service area,while I am just setting at home,then it will go back into service....
I would just try to call her house if your that worried about her,good luck hon

In my experience that message meant the phone was shut off b/c they didn't pay the bill.
