What a question to ask! Firstly you wouldn't make it because you'd suffer a heart attack at least and even the person acting as cushion wouldn';t be able to save you because of the velocity! You know speed your body would fall at and shock impact. And i can't see anyone charging you in the morgue!
Should you really really intend to jump off a tall building, i'd recommend you use a parachute LOL

And you are assuming you will not die as well?
Let us assume you miraculously survive. I would suspect that this would not be murder, as murder must include both the action and the plan. It would likely be negligent homicide or manslaughter or some other definition that might be inclusive in state laws that relate to doing a stupid and illegal act that result in the unintentional death of someone else.

You would probably be charged with gross stupidity.
Laws vary by state.
At a minimum, you would be charged with the equivalent to "negligent homicide" in that your negligent actions (leaping from a building without ensuring the landing zone was clear) resulted in another person's death.

It would depend upon whether there was premeditaion -- that is your goal was to land on and kill someone OR, you were simply trying to commit suicide and someone was in the wrong place at the wrong time - manslaughter.

Depends, if it's a very, very extremely tall building I don't think you or the person you land on would be alive.

Assuming you survived, you'd be charged with negligent homocide and put in a psychiatric ward, probably one within a prison.

Only if you were aiming for them.
You may be charged with manslaughter if your being an idiot/negligence resulted in their death though.

if it were unintentional, it would be manslaughter or negligent homicide (if you survived, that is). If you planned it, it's Murder 1, even if you didn't have a particular victim in mind.

Well you would probably be dead and I would think the death of the other person would be charged to you.
