Sis is right you have both stress and depression here. After a mild psychosis you are having trouble to get your bearings again. I would suggest that you be safe in a safe place. Start a countdown to disengage from the depression. You have a right to live as much as anyone. Depression is all about friends and family and you need to find a new friend for an unbiased reaction your words and actions. Try to accept that you are an outsider socially and will do well to help others who are outsiders. The players will not provide the support you need at this time. Wait until you are stronger.

Well, that's a very vague question, so it's hard to say without some background info, but maybe you have low esteem? Find something you're good at or something you enjoy doing and focus on that and work from there. Or ask your friends what it is they like about you. If things just worry you in general, try to think as objectively as possible and turn the mountains back into mole hills. Most of the time we make situations worse than they really are by dwelling on them. It very rarely turns out as bad as we imagine.

Its not unknown or unusual to feel afraid or anxious.
Most people feel anxiety at some time in their lives.
Feeling afraid about everything in general is less usual. I do not know your particular reasons.
Talking to a qualified person can help you get this fear under control and restore balance in your life. You might start with your doctor or community health centre.
I am sure things can get better for you.
