I dont know how to tell when a friend really needs profecional help,specially when they are in denial or I am to afraid to ask

how old are you? if you are under 18 tell a trusted adult. if you are older call a suicide hotline, they have trained professionals that can give you advice.

Dude, if you ever get that feeling, no matter how small, better safe then sorry. There are hotlines in the front of phone books that they can call when they are feeling down. there are counsulers that answer the phone and trained for that. Encourage those #'s if you can. I'm sure there are signs if you are getting those feelings as I am sure you don't go around wondering that about everyone. Listen to your instints and be there for your friend. Good luck

If you are afraid for your friend,be her friend and tell her parents, or your parents, they need more help than you can give sweety

call someone like a therapist, ask them what you should do , because you never really know what someone is thinking ,it's better you be safe than sorry
