i know its last minute but its all i have to work with, their will be 2 adulta 1 child, dont really wanna go to the east coast i would love too but the airfares are soo expensive. i want to go see the fireworks where my family will remember it ya know?
any suggestions in the uUS only? im working on a budget

Washington DC is the coolest place to watch fireworks.
The Philharmonic plays the 1812 Overture and tops it off with fireworks. It's incredible.

Have you looked at Amtrak? They have some good fare deals on-line. And Union Station is convenient to everything.

well I wish you could have told me where you resided. If you are in California, the beach is the best. Like you said spending all that money just to see fireworks is not Worth it. The fireworks are paid by our taxes, so you shouldn't spend more money looking for them. Stadiums, high school even some cities will lighten up the sky for the coming years, why because it is the celebration after they collect all out taxes in April. Or maybe I am wrong.

I know that you said you didnt want to go to the east coast ...BUT...Boston has the very best fireworks...and great 4th activities.
