Depends on your e-mail client. If you are using Outlook Express, you need to enable sending HTML e-mails (under Tools-Options, Send tab). You should be able to use whatever font is installed on your computer.

If you are using Yahoo to e-mail, you need the PhotoMail tools installed to change font faces (I forgot how I installed this, but I think it had to do with uploading a picture to an e-mail and I was given this option to use PhotoMail instead). Yahoo doesn't have a large font library to choose from though.

I'm not sure about other e-mail clients - you may have to check their documentation or help files for those.

Note that if your recipient doesn't have the font that you used when you sent your message, the message may open up with a standard font instead (Times New Roman or Arial most likely).
