The only real difference is that with the v3m you can add a memory card to store your own data, using a micro sd card. This is a great option because you can transfer music directly from your computer to your phone and play it. You cannot do this with the v3c.

You can go to this site and see a side by side comparison:

I considered getting a v3m because of the new features, but I decided to get the new LG vx8300 instead. Razrs are way too fragile for me.

Hope this helps!

In response to the person above me, the question did not ask which phone to buy, it just asked for a comparison. No need to be rude...it is a legit question.

Ok, in a nutshell:
They are exactly the same EXCEPT
V3m is a tiny bit thinner (1mm thinner)
V3m has a memory card slot (You can add extra memory to store and transfer photos, videos, music, computer files, or backups of phone data such as the phone book and calendar)
V3m has a music player (MP3) - the V3c does not.
And with Verizon you can get VZ Access with turn by turn directions (extra charge, but if you get lost easy, it is worth it)

Does that help?

Not to sound rude, but that's like asking if you should have chicken or fsh for dinner. We have no idea if you like chicken or fish. The Razr V3m has a music player that allows you to download mp3 music files directly to your phone for playback wihout having to transfer them via USB. Do you want that? If so ... then buy it ... if not then don't.

The next issue would be your service provider, because if you buy it from them odds are that many of the features of the phone will be blocked anyway, so you need to decide what you want.

Well it really depends on which one you would like. I have a razr v3 but if you go to the store then see what you like more...

If you like software conflicts and crappy phones I do reccommend the razr, but one has v-cast music the other doesn't. It's your choice
