Physically, lesbians can get pregnant. They either have to have sex with a man (which, if men are to lesbians as women are to me, that is so out of the questions), or artificial insemenation, which isn't that hard. And you get to pick who you want to be the father based on his good qualities, not falling in love with someone with bad qualities. You get your cake and eat it too. Get to fall in love with someone (woman) and still get to pick the best qualities for your baby (donors). Wee.
