First, have your vehicle inspected by a qualified technician. Many repair facilities will do this inspection at no cost to you.
The most likely cause is a bent steering component or a broken suspension component.
Ask your qualified technician to thoroughly explain the problem, and offer a solution.
Bottom line: without inspecting your car, nobody can give you an accurate diagnosis

It knocked your steering out of alignment. That's easy to fix. Just take it to a tire place and have your steering realigned.

Seems like a power steering problem. See a mechanic, you shouldn't drive your car as it is.

Take your car to the shop, your alignment is probably out of sync. that or you have a broken steering component.

You may have broken your tie rod. You can take a peak under the front of the car to be sure. You definitely shouldn't drive it. This happened to me recently and I had to have my car towed to the shop.

alignment has to be checked and tires have to be rebalanced. also check if the steering rods are bent or deformed from the accident.

I hope you are feeling better. I think the reason yoursteering is going to one side is because of an aliment, tierods,or balljoints. Please go beltire for this service or the dealer. Good luck.
