All of the above. I think the only way to live in peace and harmony would be to have the exact same opinion as everyone in the world. If we all had the same view on things, we wouldn't have any problems or arguments over things. But that's what makes this world the way it is. It'd be nice to live peacefully.. but it will never happen

All of them can be related to war, most specific being:
Religion: Muslim exteremists.
Ego: Castro.
Racism: Hitler.
Materialism: Any dictator.
Ignoranace: Terrorists.
The ones I didn't list I do not feel "feed" war, they are just a part of any war when it happens.
