.5% of $43,000 is $215.

So if you put in $215 or more, they will also put in $215.

So IF you contribute that amount, they will match it $$ for $$ which means in one year's time, you have made a killing

you contribute $2,150 & they match - your total is 4,300 for the year....SWEET....However, how long before you are vested?
