I am totally serious. I would like to wear little tank tops without looking skanky with the boobage. Anything short of a surgical proceedure out there? I have small boob envy.

34DDD sweetie! Just because you have more cleavege does not mean you have to look skanky. Pair up the little tops with a knee lenghth skirt or some capris(not painted on tight) The more conservitive bottom helps to ballence the extra skin you're showing up top so you look sexy not skanky.
If you really want to be smaller you can get bras that are called "minimizers" that take you down about a cup size and there is reduction surgery, but my real advise is the first stuff. Love yourself as you are. Curves are what being a woman is all about!

Buy a larger size Tank top, Get an approprate bra. Get a t shirt with a crew neck that is more modest than a scoop neck. and cut off the arms. At walmart in the mens dept they have some shirts that have cuffs on the sleeves but are sleeveless. Pick one of thoes and even get maby a size larger.

Girl, be glad u got breasts! I'm serious. The only thing i can tell u is to drop a few pounds and if u are already too skinny and cant afford to lose weigh.....well i dont know what to tell ya's

well, if you are overweight, that can make your boobs bigger...so you can lose some weight, but your boobs would take the weight off last...if you are not overweight, you can go off birth control, or try a different form that doesn't make your boobs so big if you are on it...if you are not on that...then the only thing to do is surgical procedure...but i think you should love yourself for who you are...enjoy your body..embrace what was given..take care

If you would like smaller breast I think you need to get either a breast reduction or start exercising, after all thats how peopole loose everhting else!

You could always try a minimizer bra. I know, they only take off an inch at most, and usually not even that.

im afraid surgury is ur only option. in my opinion surgury is the only true thing to enhance(in ur case de-hance) body parts
