There exists a gravitational force between 2 students. They don't feel it becasue it's very minimal to be realised. The reason can be make out from following formuae:
F = (G M1*M2)/R*R
F = Force between two objects which have mass
G = A constant (6.67 * 10power of(-11) SI units)
M1 and M2 = Mass of body 1 and body 2 respectively
R = Distance between the 2 bodies
In your case the two bodies are two students with, let's say, mass of 7 and 8 kg (remember what we measure is weight = mass *g). Also let's assume that the distance between them is 1 meter. Now if you will calculate the force using above formula, it comes out to be 3.7352 * 10 power of (-9) or to say 0.0000000037353 N. which is hardly enough to be felt.

Easy. Because gravity is extremely weak. Do this experiment: drop a rusty nail on the floor. Then, get a magnet. You see how the magnet picks up the nail? That means the electromagnetic force of the little magnet is powerful enough to overcome the entire Earth's gravitational force. That's how unbelievably weak gravity is.

It can be easily seen that the force of attraction in this case is very small.
But one must be able to feel even that small force. Because if there is unbalanced force there will be acceleration and acceleration means change in speed per unit time. Therfore, one must experience this acceleration though small.
The reason is the force of friction which is eqaual and opposite to this pull of gravity and the net force acting on the boy is zero in the directon of the pull of gravity due to the other boy.
Hence the boys do not feel any net force

Any gravitational force between them is negligible, especially when compared to the attraction to the Earth. The force between the students is swamped by the attraction of the Earth

They do feel. But it is one of the weakest force. The gravitational constant is quite less and the force is directly proportional to constant.

gravitational constant is of the order of 10^(-11) in M.K.S system,also,their weights being too small ,how small the distance may be,the gravitational force F=(GMm)/(r*r)
is negligible.so, they do not experience any effective force.

Gravity is the weakest of the four fundamental forces. Humans have such little mass that the grav. attraction between them is almost nothing, especially in contrast to the grav. pull of the Earth.

Force of gravity is dependant on two things.
1) distance
2) mass
Since they weigh soooo little in comparison to everything, the force of gravity is negligable.
