I just wanted to know what creams has anyone tried to lighten them and how do you think they have worked overall. I used Palmer's during my entire pregnancy and I am one of those women who has so many, a bathing suit is no longer an option. I am dead serious about that, I have some light, some dark, some thick (more thinck than thin) and some thin. She utterly stretched me out so much I am surprised she didn't burst out of me. So, anyway, any good results from all of these creams? I have tried looking for opionions online, but the are all geared towards sales. Just want some honesty!

the honest truth is that creams willl not work. Your stretch marks will gradually become much less noticeable months after you give birth but will never go away as they are similar to scars. However, you can see a dermatologist to discuss treatment. Here are a few options:

1. tretinoin cream (commonly known by the trade name Retin-A)
2. laser therapy

Your health insurance plan will not cover "cosmetic" procedures so you'll probably want to find out what this will cost.

Cocoa Butter and also buy some vitaimine E pills and break them open and rub the oil on the actual strech mark

I've had the best results by doing the fake bake thing. It does not get rid of them but it can mask them and blend them in pretty well.
