remvoving all my 8,999 messages at once?

becuase of the pure trash i am receiving- i want
all emails removed - can your systems analysist do it
for me. if is so distracting

Select options , then filters, and have all of your email routed to trash. then, just click [Empty] next to Trash to dump verything in one fell swoop.

Hold shift down and press delete.
