Depending on what is in your eye, you should: 1) wash it out with cold water 2)put some eye drops in it 3) move your eye back and forth until it waters. If that don't work go to the eye doctor!!

what you need to do it two things
one, go into the shower, and put the shower so it is going on your face and open your eyes and take your fingers and open your eye lids and let the water wash out what ever is in there...
make sure your boyfriend is in there helping you out so your head and face is in the right position so the water washes it out...

two, get at least a five gallon bucket of water, bend over and stick your head in it, open your eyes and shake your head all over the place, hoping what ever is in your eye comes out...

but my suggestion is, the shower, it most likely will do the job the best way, and it WILL be a lot more fun...

smile
good luck

Gently rub your eye, but rub toward your nose, not away from it. That's the natural direction for tears.

If you can't rub it out, get an eye moistener like Visine. If you have a friend who wears contacts, borrow his saline. In a pinch regular tap water can work, but that's a little harder on your eyes.

Wash it out with cold water from a sink. I had something in my eye as well a couple of weeks ago and my Mom taught me to put both my hands together, get the water in both my hands, and put the water in my eye to wash it out and it helped!!

Look straight up into a light and blink fast. Your ducts will tear and the moisture will flush it out.

If it is abrasive, then just look up into the light and hold your lids open. No need to blink. Staring into a bright light will make your eyes tear.

use a spoon to dig behind your eye to pull it out and use your other eye to find whats in there and pick it off and pop the eye back in. or just cry and let the tears flood it out, hearing my first description might bring the water for that.

Gently pull your upper eyelid down over your lower eyelid. This will automatically generate tears, which will flush your eye of the foreign object, hopefully.
