Nope. You can't even paint over that. The black Magic Marker will still bleed through fresh white paint. Paint it black.

Try the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. That thing works wonders, I got magic marker off my countertop with it.

First, apply a couple coats of primer (allowing each coat to dry for about an hour).

When the marker is no longer visible, touch up with a bit of matching paint.

You can try womans hair spray. I know it works great on ink stains on cloth. Those markers are called permanant for a reason. Prime over it with KILTZ and paint to match.

HAIR SPRAY! It works, I told my sister about it and she used to on her daughters clothes to remove ink, crayons and marker.

Try Aqua Net Hairspray...I've done it on my chalkboard when kids use permanent markers...it works on it!
