Currently Im not dating anyone and Im not in a relationship so I am celibate. The only way to break my celibacy is to be married.

I personally have not had to make that choice, but my mother has chosen celibacy and has been celibate now for almost 25 years and she is content in her life.

I would consider it, especially if I were coming out of a broken relationship... then, hopefully, I would find someone that I felt comfortable enough with to share that experience with again...

yeah, it's safer than getting: pregnant, an std, or AIDS. Is it frustrating? sometimes. But so is being treated like a toy.
