No, it definitely does not make you a loser. Most of us go through periods in our lives when we feel that we are losers. The good news is that things change, sometimes slowly and sometimes quite rapidly. Today you may feel depressed, along and under-valued, but tomorrow someone may say something good about you that causes you to remember the good things about yourself.
We tend to be very critical of ourselves, and if people around us don't keep giving us positve feedback, we start to think that we are no good. But our friends and loved ones are no different from us -- they also get down and depressed, and when they do, they don't respons with the same warmth and affection,so we imagine ourselves to be the problem.
Sometimes gently reaching out to someone can help affirm your worth, and you may be surprised that your connection may be actually quite helpful and affirming to the other person.

If it is 'nobody' as you tell, then you are a complete looser!
However, unless the term 'like' is explained, 'looser' could also be reviewed accordingly.

i'm sure there are people that do like you--"nobody" is a bit extreme, don't you think?
try focusing on something important to you--or even branch out. you may be too introverted and shy. if you are and try to make people realize you do have a spine, that may make them think you're whiney and not great to be around.
don't be a push over. always stand up for yourself. be confident--you'll find that part eventually. it just takes some growing up.
most of all, don't try so hard--especially for the wrong people. you are your own person, with a mind and interests. do what you like and you may find people with similar interests. don't try to be something else for the people you may want to be friends with. you want friends who value you for who you are and nothing else.
be an individual!!!

Of course not. And why would it seem that no one likes you? People dislike others for different reasons, because they're more handsome, because they're smarter, because they're stronger or are you doing something to be disliked? Sometimes it might also be in your mind and your imagining this. And even it that isn't so, you will always meet people that will like you regardless.

No. As long as you never give up trying your best to do something worthwhile with your life, you have no reason to feel bad about yourself. Regardless of what others think.
