How can it be?Why you want to waste your time thinking on situations which cannot happen?This could be a perverted thing of life, which should be avoided at the first instance.
However, you can have your mental faculty kept in relation to the age of 21 even at 121, but with the natural impurities or rather life experience having its impacts attached thereto.

not 21 no I'd like to be 22 forever unfortunately I'll be 23 next friday.......maybe I'll change my mind and want to stay that age forever.

Oh, lordy an accordion, no. My theory of life is: get old, break down, die, and let the next generation move in and do its thing. I wouldn't mind being forever old, though, but I'd rather move on.
