They sell ointment for it. Apply it when it gets really bad. This should help minimize sensitivity of the affected skin.

Take a cool bath and put chamomile tea bags in with you. It sounds strange but it's kind of soothing.

aloe's always good but you have to keep re-applying. Use vitamin E oil, apply once and your good to go for awhile.

Noxzema...I swear to you it works..My husband introduced me to it and I am WHITE Gurl.!! WHITE wow!! WHITE!!! irish lol....and I used to get so bad with the pealing, but since using that I haven't pealed in 2 years..
