I am wondering what was your first song you learned on the guitar and which song do you want to learn? (and from what band too) I want/need some songs that i would like to learn

Just started to begin to learn the guitar.. i am mostly into rock/metal and other genres that fall underneath that catogory. but others are okay too

How long have you been playing? For me, the first song was Stairway to Heaven (ugh!!) and I'm now trying to decipher My Mistake by Brad Paisley. If need you a lot of songs (for a play list) go for the 3 chord ones (ACDC, Green Day, Clash, anything classic rock/early punk) and stay away from the long complex songs (The Smiths, System of a Down). Depends too on what style you're into. Good luck.

My first song was Blitzkrieg Bop by the Ramones. That was a good five years ago. It's just a great song, simple too.
RIght now, I'm working on Satch Boogie by Joe Satriani. I can get though most of the intro and outro, I just lose it somewhere in the middle, lol.

My first song was part of smoke on the water. lol. I'm not sure what i would like to learn....anything simple really! I know this didn't help much, but at least you got an answer! :) have a nice day! :)

Well, my first song i learned in guitar is message in a bottle of the police, and now i want to learn the lemon song of led zeppelin. just try to play the songs you like.
