Texas, hands down.

Texas, no question. Evacuees were welcomed into almost all parts of Texas, and were embraced with love, compassion and the finest southern charm we had to offer.

They are living (still) in large numbers in most of our major cities, e.g. Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio.

With the exception of the scum who are still infiltrating Houston, raising the violent crime rate by 27%.-- time for this particular group to go back to the Big Easy, get off their Big, lazy asses, and help to rebuild that fabulous city. There are millions of high paying jobs there ($30.00 on the low end) which will be around for decades.

New Orleans has such difficulty filling these positions that they've started importing labor forces from outside the USA. Pretty pathetic, huh?

I don't know, but LA is definitely doing a piss-poor job.
They're trying to tear down a huge brick poor-people housing complex that sustained minimal damage rather then allow the residents to repair it. Bush's Ethnic cleansing plan in motion.
