First look on the support web site of your computer manufacturer. They often have drivers for all the devices they put on your pc. You will need to know the model name/number of your pc.

If there is nothing there, look on the Motorola website, probably in the Support or Downloads pages. You will need to know the Model name/number of the modem.

If you are running WinXP, your modem may use the standard driver for dial modems. Sometimes that is the only one available.

First, try letting Windows install a common driver. If asked for a driver disk, try locating the modem driver installation files on the PC's hard drive. Manufacturers often place the driver files in a directory on the hard drive.

Second, visit the manufacturer's web site and download the drivers for your model.

Third, visit http://www.driverguide.com or http://www.driverzone.com and conduct a search for the drivers.

"Verify model and chipset compatibility before installing drivers"

TIP:
When unable to determine the manufacturer of a component, simply conduct an FCC ID Search using the FCC ID that is found on nearly every PCB.

Search the FCC Database here:

1.) FCC ID SEARCH - " http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/"

or from here:

2.) FCC ID SEARCH - "http://www.driverzone.com/search.htm"

You'll need to know which model #. Get that off the modem card itself, go here http://www.modem-drivers.com/companies/694.htm and download the one you need
