I saw them at Old Navy, but they want too much money for it. I used to see it at all the stores for only a few dollars but its hard to find now. Everyone paring them now with mini skirts.

Make your own.

At Fashion Week last fall, fashion editors were quite eager to get themselves into some leggings, so they cut the feet off of very opaque tights.

I have done this, and it works very well. This is how I did it.
--Put the tights on
--With some scissors, make a hole just above your ankle.
--Take the tights off and cut the feet off(very carefully, slowly, and straight)
--Seal the ends with clear nail polish

When you put them on, be sure to fold the ends under a bit so that they are more even.This way, even if you didn't cut so straight, it looks fine.
