Warner Brothers is extremely famous for introducing the unwitting viewer to the repertoire of Classical Music, often using the works of such composers as Beethoven and Mozart within their Looney Toons sketches.

I believe the composition in question is the William Tell Overture, composed by Gioacchino Rossini, somewhere around 1829.
