Strict dieting stops periods. Sometimes you can also be behind five days because your cycle is changing. If there are other females in the house, your cycle maybe changing to their cycle schedule, this happens. However, you should check with your doctor if your period is missed next month.

First of all, worrying about it will make it not come at all or be later.....You are not late now and it is not uncommon for some women to miss a month every once in a while........

Sounds like either irregular periods or you stressed yourself out & your period is just late this month.

Your period is just irregular. It's natural at the teen age and pre-teen age. If you are worried just ask your mom about it she probably wouldn't mind taking you to the doctors if you are really worried.

It's not uncommon for young women to have irregular periods. See your Gyne if you skip another.
