You need help....but I don't think Dr. Phil is the best weight loss expert...(he's overweight himself). Go to your doctor, or see a nutritionist. Start eating better, and exercising...even if it is just a walk down the street and back. But see a doctor first and get a check-up before starting anything, and good luck.

Cut your calories 500 less than you eat right now, if you want to go a bit more between 1200-1500 is good. The calories you do eat, let it come from whole grain foods and vitamin rich foods. Start exercising (walking, jogging, cross trainer) good cardio work outs even stuff like tae bo, etc... But stay with it. Write down your goal. Remind yourself daily of your goal. Keep yourself busy and stay away from alone times and/or bored times to avoid snacking out of boredom. Let your friends know what you are doing and tell them that it is important to you for your health so as they don't try to convince you that you don't have to do it. As you exercise constantly increase your work out (walk, jog, etc... longer or faster; longer is better) It's a whole life change it can work. I lost a good amount of weight that way and kept it off. Before starting any diet and exercise consult a physician. They'll know more about your health to cater more towards your need. Stay positive. Again, write it down and remind yourself daily consistently of your goal. You can do it if you're willing. Good luck.

GO to a gym, or walk, get books out of the library, get a buddy, but...
DR. PHIL is a LOSER... I cannot stand him.. he gives all this advice and Robin his SECOND wife sits there and makes sure he gives his advice JUST RIGHT..
Now Dr. Phil tell us how you numerous times cheated on your first wife and mistreated her horribly...
So good luck you can do it with help from friends, and family and NOT DR. PHIL
Good Luck and God's speed

No, you just need to try a diet and stick with it....
Try a low cal diet.. 1200 a day, at max, and eat what you like, but do not exceed that amount....... combine that with exercise, and you will have a dramatic weight loss in a short period of time. But, if you do not learn to change ou eating habits, it will never come off..

Obesity surgery can only help you.Gastric Bypass Surgery/gastrectomy/lapband (all types of weight loss surgery) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges obesity surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as obesity surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your lobesity surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got her obesity surgery in India throught the forerunners healthcare .SHe is more than very happy with the results. She has lost 55lbs in 5 months. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.hope this helps

Slim Fast, Tonalin CLA (can buy at a vitamin store). Take plenty of Chromium (good source is Brewer's Yeast- found at a vitamin store or health food store). Keep stress levels down. (Milk Thistle is good for this- also found at vitamin or health food stores).

Buy a copy of his weight loss book. Or you could write him. You could start by getting out and walking, and by adding healthy foods to your diet. Go to the gym and work out too.
