I have seen kits to convert a '73 - '87 full size Chevy/GMC truck to look like a Hummer.
The hum bug is my personal favorite.
Another thing I've seen is a modified Jeep Wrangler looking like a Hummer.

Also, one of the truck project tv shows on espn or espn 2 weekends did one from scratch.
The Avanti company (who continued to make Studebaker Avanti cars after the Studebaker company went out of business) was trying to make something like a Hummer. This isn't a kit, though.
