J. B. Weld. You can buy it at any hardware store. It bonds to metal well, you can even use it on hot things like an engine.

In a pinch plumbers epoxy will work too- that can be found at any hard ware store too.

Re buck the rivets. The process involves putting a piece of steel on one side of the rivet and using a air hammer with a bit that fits the contour of the rivet on the other. Sometimes whole boats will be rebucked to stop leaks. Alluminum boat dealers with repair shops should be able to give you more information.

Find the leak by putting water inside the boat while it is on the trailer. Sand the area down to the clean aluminum and clean with rubbing alcohol. The alcohol is highly flammable so be careful.Apply a product called Liquid Steel to the prepared area and allow to dry according to instructions on product. Also be sure all water is removed from boat before applying product.

If it's a gash in the aluminum you can fashion a patch with more aluminum and tar. Pound out the hole to flatten it, spread tar on the outer side of the hole, place the new aluminum "patch" over it and rivet into place. Seal the rivet areas too.

the cheap answer is to find out which rivet is leaking and see if you can hammer back in, use a wood block on the opposite side that you are hammering. this may require a second person's help.put a little silicone around it use the block as a backup and hammer it back in
