Stereotypes, perhaps because you are blonde and this is not to offend you, but people tend to judge based on prior knowledge.

Look at your questions. Half of them are in the wrong category. Most are incomplete sentences. Many have typos. People judge you on your spelling and grammar. As far as I can see, you have a 7th-grade reading ability and don't know what "category" means. Maybe people think you are stupid. Dull normals can fit square pegs into square holes, given enough time. You ought to be able to figure out "How do I get a picture on this thing?" goes in "Computers" or "Yahoo Products", not "visual arts".

Maybe if you look like your Avatar its time for a makeover. It looks like Betty Boop.
Try a more sophisticated look. Wear some heels and stockings. When I speak everyone takes me seriously, and I'm only 16, but I dress like i'm 21. I work in a law office after school, and they even let me close up when I work late. You have to demand responsibility, and act like you can handle it.

You might want to try not dressing like a clown when you go out in public. One look at those big floppy shoes and your credibility goes right out the window.

I have this problem too. Don't know how to deal with it. This is especially a problem if you're pretty. Sometimes people don't take pretty girls/women seriously, they just assume you're shallow or stupid.

without knowing you, please take my answer with somewhat a grain of salt. My guess would be that you don't demand to be taken seriously. You might say it with your mouth but unless you act accordingly they will think it's only lip service.
