You need to be dedicated to have any chance of becoming a published writer. You have to want it to the point where no one can talk you out of it. Do you want it that bad?
If so, you are a writer. If not, then write as something creative to do until it stops being fun and then move on.

Sure, if you have ideas, go for it. You may need to get other jobs to support yourself till the money come in from publishings. Exeriance is a plue, but you get that by writing, scripts and peoms are a great star becouse they can be published in collections. Follow your heart and your dreams.

I would love to read some of your scripts.

You ask whether your verses are any good. You ask me. You have asked others before this. You send them to magazines. You compare them with other poems, and you are upset when certain editors reject your work. Now (since you have said you want my advice) I beg you to stop doing that sort of thing. You are looking outside, and that is what you should most avoid right now. No one can advise or help you - no one. There is only one thing you should do. Go into yourself. Find out the reason that commands you to write; see whether it has spread its roots into the very depths of your heart; confess to yourself whether you would have to die if you were forbidden to write. This most of all: ask yourself in the most silent hour of your night: must I write?

Writers need to write. Do you feel that way? If so, follow your dream and become a writer. If not, writing is a good hobby. Either way, good luck.

To be a writer, you would need better spelling skills or know how to use the spell checker! LOL
Seriously, submit your stuff to newspapers and magazine and see what gets printed. Go from there.
Good Luck.
Peace.

everyone has to start somewhere. If you are confident in your work, go for it. Don't be discoraged if it's not accepted for publishing the first few times- keep trying! Good luck!
