any advice on at home waxing?

It doesnt hurt as much if you use a cold wax instead of a hot one. Less heat means less redness. Avoid waxing the week before and during your period. Your skin is more sensitive at that time. Futher minimize pain by trimming hair that is an inch or longer before you wax. Hair that is too long will hurt when it is pulled. Hair that is less than one-quarter of an inch is too short to wax. To wash off the wax residue, shower it off with warm water.

don't do it.

It doesn't work as well,, it is a mess, and it takes forever.. so go pay to get it done if u can.

I went and bought all the supplies from a beauty store, and after i heated the wax, put the strip on it to remove the hair,, nothing happened! The was stayed on and dried on me....... my face was raw by the time i was done getting it off w/ baby oil.
Some may know how to do it,, I thought i did,,,but didn't!
