If you liked cheer then Jazz is probably a good option for you and a lot of jazz classes are offered with Tap as well.
Personally, I love Ballet and Lyrical dance. (though Jazz and Tap certainly top my list as well)
Find a studio that offers lots of classes and give them all a try....especially Jazz!

Soca (calypso) and Reggae are the best for me. Great exercise and lots of fun participating in cultural festivities such as Carnival and more.

try tap...its kinda like irish stepdancing but the music is different and tap is a lot more challenging....i love it

cince u took irish step and cheerleading, u r probably very flexible and have strong legs i think you should take modern. it take flexibility and ALOT of strength
