Anything to do with genetics, robotics or the environment...just a wild guess. Computers will always be around so going into any field which creates technology is definitely a plus. Also, we're going to need people to maintain them...or create the robots, which will maintain them. The machines may end up controlling us.
I see the Matrix in our future.

I think that nursing or anything in the health care field will be high demand occupations. Home health care occupations will be in demand as well, since our population is aging as well as living longer. States are beginning to realize that providing care for people who are elderly or have disabilities is far less expensive in their own homes then in institutions.
