If i bought an icecream 2 a day for 2 months how much money wold i spend if the icecream was worth $1.97.

2*2*30*1.97 dollars. Use a calculator for the rest. Typically when they don't tell you which months, it's assumed that they are 30 days long.

The answer depends on the months. If the months are either December & January or July & August then the answer is $244.28
( 1.97 • 2= 3.94 [2 ice creams a day], then, 3.94 • 31 =122.14, then 122.14 + 122.14= $244.28).
If it is any other two months, then the answer is $240.34.
(1.97 • 2= 3.94, then, 3.94 • 31= 122.14, then, 3.94 • 30= 118.20, then, 122.14 + 118.20= 240.34).

hmmmm... if the total icecream was worth $1.97... you'd pay that plus tax... so..what is your sales tax rate?
