I think I have an ingrown hair on my thigh. It's a red bump and the top is white and it is quite sore. What's the easiet and best way to remove it?

Squeeze it like a pimple, then use tweezers to pull the hair out. After you pull it out, clean out the open hair follicle with rubbing alcohol so 1) it doesn't get infected, 2) so you don't get dirt in it before it closes up and cause another in grown hair.

Get rid of them by scrubbing the area with a mesh shower puff. Use a circular motion.

Very carefully place your thumbnail and pointer fingernail at the base of the red bump and squeeze really hard.

be very careful with that, infection can happen and it also may be the start to a boil, if it is, DONT POP IT, i would recommend a doctor

see a doctor thats an infection, might be from lack of showers, bad food, bad water, unclean clothes.

soften it with tea tree oil and then take it out with a pair of tweezers
